  1. Begin / Partslist
  2. Open XBOX
  3. Remove DVD drive and HD
  4. Unplug DVD drive and HD
  5. Unscrew motherboard

6. PIN header
7. Place a box
8. Soldering LPC and HDD/D0/LAN
9. Solder alternate 5V
10. Place chip
11. Pop off the front panel
12. Place the front switch
13. Place the reset / eject adapter
14. Final testrun and FLASH

Now plug in 4 cables in the chip

  1. Front switch cable
  2. reset / eject cable
  3. D0 / HDD / LAN cable
  4. alternate 5V cable

Now your Xecuter 3 chip is ready to be placed on the pin header.
